'Human Survival Fitness | Group Upper Body and Core Workout – Intense!!!'

'Human Survival Fitness teams up with 50/50 Get Trained for Upper Body and Core workout inside of Human Survival Fitness, also known as the Human Survival Jungle.   This video will wrap up an hour and a half workout/ seminar with one of the many workouts that this facility has to offer. In this video, you will see demonstrations of Standing Straight Bar Military Press, stressing what a lot of people forget to do, and that is shrug at the top – shrug until you can\'t shrug anymore. We also did a couple supersets of Tricep Extensions and Bicep Curls with teams, some walking “coin tosses,” (which work on the triceps, core and balance) and to end things (for fun), we did some weighted jump rope work.
